How long does my order take to ship?

Wreaths from my shop have a lead time of three weeks, small plaques are one week, bespoke orders are met at a case by case basis. Whether part of my current collection or a bespoke order, each piece is made to order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I do. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please get in touch via my contact page and we will organise your order directly.

What is your return policy? 

If, perish the thought, there is an issue with your order, please email gabriellamoxey.artist@gmail.com with your concerns. We may ask for images or a short video of the issue. We hope you understand this is simply part of our process and is not a reflection of any doubt in you as a customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.
